Military Spouse Education Benefits & Scholarships

As we’ve worked with military spouses over the years, we’ve come to a deeper appreciation for the unique challenges you face in achieving your education and career goals. Our mission is to make the process easier for you. This is why we work closely with the MyCAA funding program and offer military tuition discounts and scholarships.

Here are a few military spouse scholarships and funding options to consider:

  • MyCAA military spouse funding – This program offers $4,000 for eligible spouses in certificate, licensing, and associate degree programs. MyCAA funding is one of the many education benefits intended to help military spouses quickly gain the skills they need to start working in in-demand fields.
  • Career Step military scholarship – We also sponsor our very own military scholarship in partnership with the National Military Family Association. It is open to current spouses of military service members, past and present. The scholarship provides a full-ride scholarship for the Career Step program of the winner’s choice. More information is available at CareerStep.com/nmfa.
  • Others – There are a number of other resources for military spouses looking to return to school. Military OneSource is an excellent resource when researching military spouse education benefits.
"I chose Career Step because they had an in-depth program that is nationally recognized through AHIMA."
